This demand has placed truffle as one of the most expensive ingredients in the world. Many know about this luxurious treat, but few are willing to splurge on it. Now… imagine pairing it with your favorite potato slice – C’est délicieux!
Harvested & Air-Flown From Italy
Each of our precious, black summer truffles are carefully selected and harvested from the forest in Spoleto, an ancient city in the Italian province. The lifespan of each piece averages between 4 – 7 days, and have to be air-flown directly to Singapore right away after they are farmed. Additional processing and secret infusion techniques have to be be done for them to become the one bag of snack you crave for. Back into our kitchen, that’s where the magic happens…
